Originally from Yorkshire the founding partner was keen to incorporate some reference to his place of birth. The Yorkshire rose became to the focal point to hold all of the elements together.

A neat mark references all of the artisan courses available at The Hudson School of Food Crafting, cheese, wine and bread making to name a few.
